Walt Moorhouse

I have been writing code since I was 7 years old, and began working in IT at 16. I have been writing Java since 2000. I have consulted for companies like AT&T, Delta Air Lines, Steve Madden, and Kroger. In addition to computers, I enjoy kayaking, music, and photography. I am a food safety nerd. I love working with IoT sensors to monitor food safety and learning pre-electricity preservation methods. I cure and dry age meats, make my own salumi (charcuterie) and cheese, and ferment vegetables. I also enjoy baking and cooking in general.
